I love meeting and connecting with new people and would enjoy bringing a live Yoga Bird class with mindful meditation to your group. After a Yoga Bird class you will feel stronger, taller and more flexible and have a good knowledge of what yoga exercises can do for your health and wellness. Our time of mindful/meditation will leave you with new skills on how to manage stress, calm your chattering mind and how to find silence and solitude. A yoga bird class and meditation is beneficial to one’s overall health of body, mind and spirit. Excellent for private groups, teachers, MOP’s, retreats, bridal parties and corporations. Yoga Bird is appropriate for all fitness and flexibility levels and the class will be adjusted for fit your group’s needs.
