Keep Calm & Carry On – 25 minutes



Life comes at you fast! Use this 25 minute class to regroup, refocus and renew yourself. Lots of classic yoga moves so you can be intentional with your body and not think too much. This class is helpful for when you are stressed, tired or you are needing to center yourself. As you can see I have my diffuser running on the windowsill! I am diffusing lavender and rose. <3 Keep calm and carry on!
