Awake with Awareness — 5 Minutes



Begin your day by practicing this 5 minute routine and then sip a hot cup of lemon water! By doing these two things, your day will be off to a great start. If you are not finding time to do a full Yoga Bird class each day, that’s OK! Do a short 5 minute practice as often as you can to keep the kinks away. Maintain don’t give up. 🙂
