Strengthen & Lengthen – 55 minutes



“Strengthen and Lengthen” is a 55 minute full body practice that builds strength and flexibility. Just what we all need, right?! 🙂 This is an intermediate level class, but can be practiced by beginner students with modifications (#beyourownbird) and by advanced students as well. Connect your breath to each pose, breathing steadily while the pose its held. Each strengthening pose is followed up by a lengthening pose.
