Stretches for Hips, Hamstrings & Lower Back – 10 minutes



This 10 minute stretch class for the hips, hamstrings and lower back is perfect to do after you’ve just completed a walk, run, jog or bike ride. You can also add it to another Yoga Bird class if you have time to do some extra stretching. It is good for what ails you, just make sure your body is already warmed up before you begin. 🙂
